1st Day: Fat burning Cardio
Happy Tuesday!
This is my first time blogging and I feel kinda nervous(knowing that my husband will read my blog for sure lol :p) but at the same time excited. Here we go, Yesterday i went to Raley's to get some Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut butter, and kombucha (yum). I woke up around 830am today and had my wheat bread with peanut and i put some honey.
After an hour i was getting ready for my workout of d day... I did the HipHop abs fat burning cardio for 40 mins and a quick Yoga for 15 mins. :) It was a fun workout today and looking forward for a great day..
