Sick, sick go away!!!

Ladies, have you ever experienced Menstrual Cramps?? :(

Hello guys! I'm not feeling well right now :( I feel sick every time I have my period its just hard to workout or even move...  Last night i didn't get enough sleep because it hurt so bad. I consulted with my doctor and He said I need to exercise and balance diet. I'm just praying that I will feel better soon so I can go back to my daily routine.

BootyCall Workout

Hello to everyone! Hows your Thursday workout? I hope you guys had an sweaty awesome workout today!
Today I decided to wake up early at 630am to go to the gym with my hubby. I was kinda lazy to go to the gym  because I like working out at home or running at the park. We have a small 24 hrs fitness here in Vallejo and I thought if I go early in morning I don't need to wait for the treadmill (ughh), I was wrong there's too many people. But it was fun me and my hubby got the chance to start our day right and I love working out with him because I don't need to drive lols :D



BTW, we went to Whole foods on our way to the office to get something to eat. We got some Justin's peanut butter we got 4 flavors: Almond,Hazelnut,Maple,and Original. And of course Kombucha I LOVE LOVE kombucha. So if you haven't tried it yet I suggest go to the nearest Whole foods. :D 


On our way to the office we saw a Rainbow so pretty!!!

1st Day: Fat burning Cardio

Happy Tuesday! 


This is my first time blogging and I feel kinda nervous(knowing that my husband will read my blog for sure lol :p) but at the same time excited. Here we go, Yesterday i went to Raley's to get some Whole Wheat Bread, Peanut butter, and kombucha (yum). I woke up around 830am today and had my wheat bread with peanut and i put some honey. 

After an hour i was getting ready for my workout of d day... I did the HipHop abs fat burning cardio for 40 mins and a quick Yoga  for 15 mins. :)  It was a fun workout today and looking forward for a great day..
